My Favorite Hair Products

April 25, 2017

I hope everyone is having a great Tuesday so far! Today I am going to be talking about a few of my favorite hair products. I am so bad at hair. 🙊 I definitely prefer to stick with makeup and fashion! However, these are amazing products and I want to share them with you. I’m sure you have heard of at least one of these products, and I hope you will try them out if you’re looking for something new.

The first product I’m going to talk about is my favorite hairspray. Big Sexy Hair is the best hairspray I have used. It keeps my hair in place all day and I haven’t heard one bad thing about this stuff. I would definitely recommend this for any hair type.

Another favorite of mine is the Big Sexy Hair Root Pump. My hair tends to go flat all the time, especially when it’s humid. All you have to do is spray the mousse in your roots while your hair is damp, dry your hair, then style like normal. This is a must have if you have fine hair that goes flat easily.

I am always looking for a treatment serum for my hair. This Matrix Miracle Creator is amazing for beautiful, healthy looking hair. It smooths your hair making it shiny while also protecting it from heat damage and breakage. I’ll admit, sometimes I forget to put my heat protectant in, so this stuff is a lifesaver.

The last product I am talking about today is my favorite heat protectant hairspray. My hair gets damaged very easily, but this product works great in my hair. This Paul Mitchell Hot Off The Press  is an amazing heat protectant against your curling irons and straighteners. Simply spray this on your hair right before you style it for the best results. I like to spray one section at a time so it doesn’t get too sticky from the hairspray.

I hope you will try some of these amazing products out! Everything shown here can be purchased at Ulta and I have linked everything under their pictures. Have a great week!

Emily

To the girl that can’t let it go, I hear you. I To the girl that can’t let it go, I hear you. I wrote a new blog post just for you, up on prettyinplaids.com now. ❤️ Forgiveness is hard. It’s hard to move past things that hurt so deeply. I hope you will find peace in this post, because I understand how difficult letting go can be.

In other news, I’m feeling so pampered after meeting up with a friend to get a mani/pedi. I don’t do it often, but I just love getting my nails done. Having pretty nails makes me feel so confident. What have you done recently that makes you feel confident?
I was published in a national magazine! I have bee I was published in a national magazine! I have been keeping it a little secret from Instagram for a couple days, but one of my chalk paint projects was published in the June/July issue of @countrywomanmagazine! This is such an honor for me. I have dreamed of this moment and I still can’t believe it actually happened. I wrote a whole blog post that’s live now, so head to the link in my bio to read it! I am so grateful to have this space to share my ideas and designs, and to you all who support me along the way. You can find the magazine at places like Barnes and Noble, Target, Walmart, etc... all throughout the US and Canada. I can’t wait for you to read it! ❤️
One of my absolute favorite aspects of blogging ha One of my absolute favorite aspects of blogging has to be building relationships with brands that I have grown to love. @coppercure is one of my favorite shops for my love of copper and they were so generous to gift me with this pitcher. The quality is outstanding and it looks beautiful. I threw together a copper styling guide on the blog today and would love for you to check it out! The link is in my bio. ❤️
