Universal Thread from Target

February 5, 2018

I’ve seen a few other bloggers posting about the new Universal Thread line at Target, so I decided that I would also share some of my favorite items from this cute line! I stopped at Target last night and loved the collection. I only picked up one thing so far but I’m planning on purchasing a few other items as well. Let me know what you think of the line!

Each picture is shop-able, so just click each image to shop directly from the Target website. Happy Shopping!

Striped Tote Bag – This is the one item that I picked up, it’s so cute and also fits in well with my decor style!

Faded jeans – I’m always looking for a good pair of jeans, and these are only $25!

Denim Shirt – A classic look, perfect for layering.

Olive Green Scarf – I love olive and this scarf would be perfect for spring.

Layering Cardigan – It’s difficult for me to find good layering pieces at a good price. This one is really cute and also very affordable.

Fashion Boots – I love the style of these!

Gingham Top – Gingham is always cute and this top also has adorable sleeves.

Striped Button-up – Perfect for spring.

Basic Tee – These are great for casual outfits and also work really well for layering.

Gray Sweater – Great for layering.

White Button-up – Classic button-ups are great for layering under blazers and cardigans.

Tank Top – Perfect for spring and summer.

Ruffle Sleeve Top – This is one of my favorite tops from the line! So cute for spring.

Ballet Flats – So cute for spring when you don’t want to wear sandals.

Jean Jacket – A classic staple piece.

I hope you’ll be able to find some things you like from the line!

Emily

To the girl that can’t let it go, I hear you. I To the girl that can’t let it go, I hear you. I wrote a new blog post just for you, up on prettyinplaids.com now. ❤️ Forgiveness is hard. It’s hard to move past things that hurt so deeply. I hope you will find peace in this post, because I understand how difficult letting go can be.

In other news, I’m feeling so pampered after meeting up with a friend to get a mani/pedi. I don’t do it often, but I just love getting my nails done. Having pretty nails makes me feel so confident. What have you done recently that makes you feel confident?
I was published in a national magazine! I have bee I was published in a national magazine! I have been keeping it a little secret from Instagram for a couple days, but one of my chalk paint projects was published in the June/July issue of @countrywomanmagazine! This is such an honor for me. I have dreamed of this moment and I still can’t believe it actually happened. I wrote a whole blog post that’s live now, so head to the link in my bio to read it! I am so grateful to have this space to share my ideas and designs, and to you all who support me along the way. You can find the magazine at places like Barnes and Noble, Target, Walmart, etc... all throughout the US and Canada. I can’t wait for you to read it! ❤️
One of my absolute favorite aspects of blogging ha One of my absolute favorite aspects of blogging has to be building relationships with brands that I have grown to love. @coppercure is one of my favorite shops for my love of copper and they were so generous to gift me with this pitcher. The quality is outstanding and it looks beautiful. I threw together a copper styling guide on the blog today and would love for you to check it out! The link is in my bio. ❤️
Spring has definitely made itself known here in Mi Spring has definitely made itself known here in Michigan. It is so beautiful out and I wanted to share these spring inspired cards that I recently made. They are so simple and you can find all of the supplies at your local @hobbylobby.
