I made a brunch board for my family over Christmas break and had so much fun putting it together! Brunch is one of my favorite meals and I was inspired by the breakfast buffets that my family and I enjoy when we go to Disney. Breakfast is my favorite meal to enjoy in a buffet, and this brunch board made me think of that. Putting together a board is super simple, I just used some of our favorite breakfast items and went from there.
The Menu:
- Homemade croissant breakfast sandwiches with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon, and garlic aioli
- Scrambled eggs
- Bacon
- Sausage links
- Mini powdered donuts
- Fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
- Mini pancakes with powdered sugar (and maple syrup)
- Sugared cranberries (soaked in Sprite and orange juice over night, then tossed in powdered sugar and baked for 5-7 minutes)

If you know me, then you know I am all about the aesthetic, so naturally I had to pick up some cute holiday themed plates and napkins. I also added some fresh rosemary sprigs to complete the board. They finished the look off perfectly and created a festive experience for my whole family.
I truly love putting things like this together, and being able to cook in the kitchen and prepare all of the food with my mom made it so special, even if I do get a little stressed out wanting everything to be perfect!
Thanks for stopping by the blog today! I hope you had a fun and relaxing Christmas. Happy New Year!
Emily
